該機(jī)采用進(jìn)口數(shù)字交流伺服電機(jī)及精密滾珠絲杠傳動(dòng)。具有加載均勻、穩(wěn)定、無(wú)沖擊、測(cè)試精度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。主要應(yīng)用于各類氣彈簧的性能檢測(cè)。
2.主要特點(diǎn)
功能:采用Windows中文操作平臺(tái)、人機(jī)對(duì)話方式,屏幕顯示試驗(yàn)力,氣彈簧壓縮量,加速度,試驗(yàn)力-位移曲線等。
數(shù)據(jù)處理:計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)處理各種試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),輸出打印Fa、F1、F2、F3、F4、F5、a、Fo等。
控制方式:可以進(jìn)行預(yù)壓縮控制、動(dòng)、靜態(tài)檢測(cè)。符合JB/T8064.1-8064.2-96《氣彈簧技術(shù)條件》和QC/T27-1996《汽車用普通彈簧》的檢測(cè)要求及數(shù)據(jù)處理方法的要求。
