氮?dú)鈴椈墒且环N具有彈性功能的部件,它將高壓氮?dú)饷芊庠诖_定的容器內(nèi),外力通過柱桿將氮?dú)鈮嚎s,當(dāng)外力去除時(shí),靠高壓氮?dú)馀蛎,來獲得一定的彈壓力,這種部件稱為氮?dú)飧谆蚍Q氣彈簧,或稱氮?dú)飧讖棄貉b置,簡稱氮?dú)鈴椈。目前常?guī)彈性元件是彈簧、橡皮和氣墊,這些彈性元件在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,解決了各種彈性儲(chǔ)能的需要,發(fā)揮著其應(yīng)有的作用。
在模具工業(yè)中,一直大量使用著彈性元件。這些年來,模具技術(shù)和模具制造水平有了很大的發(fā)展和提高,工業(yè)產(chǎn)品對(duì)模具的需求量越來越大,模具朝著精密、復(fù)雜、高效、長壽命的方向迅速發(fā)展,而原有的常規(guī)彈性元件存在著一定的缺點(diǎn),不能滿足這種形勢的需要,不能理想地解決沖壓工藝的要求,往往影響沖壓件質(zhì)量,使模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)變得比較復(fù)雜,影響模具在壓力機(jī)上更換的時(shí)間;同時(shí)常規(guī)彈性元件占有的模具空間太大,增大了模具制造的成本。例如彈簧、橡皮均存在著需要預(yù)緊,才能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)所需求的彈壓力,而它們的彈壓力又是隨行程加大而明顯地增大,這種彈壓力不恒定的性能,可能導(dǎo)致零件不能成形,對(duì)拉延壓邊是很不理想的。對(duì)于復(fù)雜的拉延成形零件,這個(gè)矛盾顯得特別突出,有時(shí)只好采用增加工序的辦法來解決這類問題。再如彈簧、橡皮的起始力都不大,這一點(diǎn)對(duì)要求起始力比較大的彎曲、翻邊等工藝,也不理想。由此產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果是,沖壓制件的質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,調(diào)整模具費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力。對(duì)于密集型沖頭的沖裁工藝,如采用彈簧或橡皮卸料,往往會(huì)遇到模具的卸料空間不夠安放彈簧或橡皮,因而需要加大模具空間來解決這類問題。當(dāng)前沖壓設(shè)計(jì)人員只能采用氣墊來部分彌補(bǔ)這些不足。但是采用壓力機(jī)氣墊時(shí),模具的設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)整、使用都不很方便;由于氣壓的波動(dòng)和管道節(jié)流損失,氣墊所提供的力量也不是很準(zhǔn)確;它所占有的空間比較大;需要配備專用的壓縮空氣站,況且并非所有的壓力機(jī)均配有氣墊。在使用氣墊時(shí),模具設(shè)計(jì)均要受氣墊頂桿位置的限制,模具安裝調(diào)試也不方便。
為此,人們努力開發(fā)一種新型的彈性功能部件來替代常規(guī)的彈性元件,這種新型彈性元件具有更加完善的性能,能代替常規(guī)彈性元件,完成常規(guī)彈性元件難于完成的工作,具有常規(guī)彈性元件所不具備的性能,能代替常規(guī)彈性元件,完成常規(guī)彈性元件難于完成的工作,具有常規(guī)彈性元件所不具備的性能,氮?dú)鈴椈勺鰹樾滦蛷椥怨δ懿考矐?yīng)運(yùn)而生。它能夠補(bǔ)上述不足,簡化模具設(shè)計(jì)、制造,方便模具調(diào)整;它可以作為獨(dú)立部件,安裝在模具中使用,也可以設(shè)計(jì)成一種氮?dú)鈴椈上到y(tǒng),作為模具的一部分參加工作,可以在系統(tǒng)中很方便實(shí)現(xiàn)彈壓力恒定和延時(shí)動(dòng)作,是一種具有柔性能的彈性部件。氮?dú)鈴椈刹粌H可以在模具行業(yè)中廣泛地應(yīng)用,也可以應(yīng)用到其他工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,如汽車、電子、儀表等行業(yè)。由此看來,氮?dú)鈴椈傻挠猛鞠喈?dāng)廣泛,它的出現(xiàn)迎合了時(shí)代的要求,滿足了工業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,顯然,這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展如今正是方興未艾。
